1. I already have a charge account with Airgas National Welders. How do I set up an online account?

If you currently have a charge account established with Airgas National Welders, and would like to establish a WEB account also, please fill in the information on the Request a WEB Account page. This information will be submitted to our processing center and you will be contacted with your new WEB user-id and password via email.

2. I do not have a charge account with Airgas National Welders. How do I establish a charge account with the ability to place orders online?

To apply for a charge account with Airgas National Welders, click the “Log In” link located at the left of the screen. This link will take you to the log-in screen. On this screen, you will find a downloadable Corporate or Individual Credit Application. Complete the application and fax it to our Corporate Credit Services department. The application will be processed and, upon approved credit, you will be assigned a log-in and password that will allow you to place orders on our E-Commerce site. You will be notified of the completion of this process and the log-in/password assignment by one of our sales staff.

3. How do I request a change to my current customer profile?

On the Customer Profile screen, you will see a link to a Change Request form. This is a downloadable form that can be printed, completed, and faxed to our corporate Credit Services department. Be sure to include your name and a telephone number where you can be contacted. The change request will be reviewed, verified, and completed within 5 working days.

4. How and when can I expect to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered by UPS or one of our route delivery trucks on your next scheduled delivery day. If you require delivery of your order prior to your next scheduled delivery date, contact your local Airgas National Welders Gas & Equipment Centers to request rush delivery. An additional delivery charge may apply to rush deliveries.
